I am a forty-something mom living in Bells Corners, who has a passion for helping others. I was a nanny for many years and loved all the kids in my care and moved into other work now so I could spend more time with my wife, my daughter and my step-daughter. There is so much to do in this world and I love doing it with them.
One of my passions is baking, obviously, and I love to feed people good things that make them happy. My mom taught me and lit the fire under me and I have continued it throughout my life. The rave reviews from those I bake for almost compete with my rave reviews from birth clients. I may or may not come with treats to my appointments...
I am a trained doula and love seeing the transition of person into parent. I am supportive and kind and full of jokes to break up the seriousness of both teaching you and the delivery room. I will help you advocate for yourself and help make it through labor so you can enjoy the end result of your new beautiful baby.
I also have experience in pregnancy and child loss and can help clients through that worse case scenario as well. I know that that is the last thing you want to think about when you are looking for someone to help you bring your baby into the world but those families need me too
