The first thing when choosing a doula is to make sure that we mesh. We are going to be together in the marathon of labour. Labour is just that, hard work. It is also where I will be supporting you and helping you through till you get to that end goal: your beautiful baby in your arms.
You, your partner and I can meet and have a quick chat and beverage and maybe some treats to go home with. If an in person meeting isn't in the cards, an online video chat is always an option too. If there's interest on both sides, then we start on this amazing journey together.
