It can be not a pretty thing to bring a baby into the world, but it doesn't have to be lonely or powerless.

You have made it through the 40 or so weeks and your body is ready to evict, here's where my experience and expertise comes in to help you do this. I'll be there when you need me, whether it be at home before you make it to the hospital or once you're at the hospital ready to start the extra hard work. I will be there will be there with my tools and my hands and my clear head to get you through your labor and get that cute baby in your arms. I am familiar with all the hospitals in the area and know what I need to bring to help you succeed and keep you sane. I can help you with pain and help you come to decisions when options are presented. And if your labor ends up in a c-section, I'll be there to guide you through that as well.

You have been told your baby's birthday or you chose it yourself. All your friends and family know too. Now it's just the actual surgery to get through, no big deal obviously...not. I'll be there with you at the hospital from check in till you are comfortable post-surgery.

I'll be there with you (and your partner if applicable) through the waiting and keeping your mind off of what's coming up because even though it's the end, stress isn't good for either of you. It can also be boring, so I'm there to break it up and keep things light and fun.

If this is the part that you have to read because you need me for this situation, please know I am very sorry. From one mom of an angel to another, it does hurt less over time, even if it is hard to hear now

Even in this situation, you are still giving birth and you still need support. I would be there to hold your hand and give hugs if needed to you (and partner as needed). I know that this is a very personal time but I would be as present as you needed me to be. I can help in the same ways as I would with any other birth. My fees are halved for any birth that results like this.
