Basic Package-Just Visits

We will meet in your home, where you are your most comfortable. Firstly, we will go over your birth preferences and priorities and get to know you (and your partner if applicable) better. Once through that we will move onto the information part of the meeting, going over how to prepare your mind and body, how to most support yourself through labour, and tools to use during labour to speak up and be in control of your birth. Worksheets will be provided for reference.

Hand to hold and Whole Shebang Package

We do everything that we would do in the basic package but we add on another visit to check in at around 37 weeks to see how you are holding up and work on positions for labouring. We would talk about when you should be going to the hospital or birthing center and when to call me for support. Worksheets will be provided and homework will be sent along to help you and your body prepare.

If this is your first child or your third child, sometimes you just need information or refreshers of what you knew before. I'll be there to help and guide you.
