Give me the basics package: Prenatal support and teaching labour essentials. $500 (650 in January 2026)

I will support and guide you through the second and third trimester answering questions and being a guide for you. I will also go through the teaching portion of essentials for your labour, around 3 hours, and help you figure out your birthing preferences and how to go about getting advocating for yourself.

Give me a hand to hold package: Prenatal support, teaching labour essentials and support throughout labour. $900 (1100 in January 2026)

The same stuff as the basic package with an extra visit before the birth and I'll be there throughout your labour to calm, reassure, and offer physical support. I'll also stay a couple hours after birth to make sure you're all set up with your feeding options and feeling settled.

The whole shebang package: Prenatal support, teaching labour essentials, support throughout labour and postpartum time $1100 (1300 in January 2026)

Everything in the previous two packages adding on 2 hours of postpartum care and support, either in person or through zoom.
