The first thing when choosing a doula is making sure that we mesh. We are going to be together in the trenches of labour. Labour is that, hard work. It is also where I will be supporting you and helping you through till you get to that end goal: your beautiful baby in your arms.

You, your partner and I can meet and have a quick chat and beverage (and if an in person meeting isn't in the cards, an online video chat is always an option too) and just see if there is interest on both sides to continue on on this amazing journey together.
